The first major improvement many of us will experience from taking the proper supplements is increased strength and size gains. These gains are not easily produced with traditional mass-building supplements that contain carbohydrate and protein. In fact, the body simply does its thing and the overall results are much more predictable and consistent than the typical body building formula.
